We are seeking a driven and professional Communications Coordinator to assist our growing consumer base. Our Communications Coordinators are experts in product inquiries, answering questions, and finalizing the sales process through to delivery. The Communications Coordinators will put you at the frontline with our client’s consumers; being a people-person is a MUST!


Our Communications Coordinator position starts entry-level, and we pride ourselves on promoting from within. Investing in our team and filling these positions internally is one of our core beliefs. Giving back to our team members who have proven successful is how we grow our business and help our Communications Coordinator team take their careers to the next level!


Daily Functions of our Communications Coordinator:


  • Build and maintain relationships with customers until product/service is delivered
  • Present our client’s products and services to each customer account directly according to their needs and wants
  • Customize product recommendations to each customer to increase satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Work with other entry-level and upper-level Sales Representatives to ensure ultimate success with current knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements
  • Utilize negotiation skills throughout the sales process with both existing and potential customers


What we are looking for in a Communications Coordinator:


  • Results-driven mentality
  • The desire for growth and hunger for knowledge throughout the entry-level
  • Marketing or customer service background with strong communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Marketing, Sales Representative, and/or communications role is preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong work ethic and drive for ultimate success
