Contact the dealer/broker/customer for any missing information needed to input the application in a timely manner

Pulling and reviewing credit for each applicant and communicating issues to underwriters timely and effectively.

Promptly provide adequate loan application status updates, as required, to the client base via telephone and/or email.

Serving as a liaison between the client base and Underwriters whenever required.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Essential Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

Construction or Shop experience a plus.

Comply with all safety requirements essential to a safe and productive work environment

High mechanical aptitude in working with vehicles and equipment

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or administration is a plus.

Previous experience in data entry or related roles is preferred but not required.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, will consider the equivalent experience and other education

Coordinating the scheduling process for a high volume of interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

3+ years of related work experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service functions preferred.

Previous experience supporting multiple team members in an administration capacity

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; know when to escalate issues

Monday – Friday for most positions
