Entry Level Recruiting Consultant

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Lead consultative recruiting planning session with stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process, and create a desired candidate profile.
• Spearhead staffing searches for niche/emerging technological skill sets and/or executive level recruitment.
• Identify best-fit candidates for roles by providing full-cycle recruiting support throughout sourcing, screening, and hiring process.
• Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews to analyze candidates against client role needs.
• Proactively research emerging talent trends and identify alignment to clients’ strategic business directions.
• Leverage and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals while using a various media to connect with talent community (phone, email, campaigning, network introductions and social media).
• Present hiring and interviewing recommendations to managers and provide full-service support through hiring process by developing sourcing strategy.
• Support and address client needs as they arise.
• Anticipate perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications:

• Strong background working with ATS/CRM systems
• 1+ years experience in a relevant industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in strategic thinking and negotiation
• Excellent presentation skills and a proven successful track record of leadership, innovation, problem solving and networking abilities
• 2+ years experience interfacing with clients and candidates
• Bachelor's degree from a major four-year university; will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise and employ technologies in the recruiting process
• Experience utilizing web sourcing techniques
