As a Remote Records and Data Entry Associate at our Photo Studio, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized data records. Collect, digitize, and enter various data such as invoices, client information, financial statements, and more into the electronic storage system.
Maintain a detailed and organized storage system for both electronic and hard copy data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Keep records of hard copy data, including invoices, inventory checklists, and financial documents, following proper documentation and filing procedures.
Establish and adhere to data entry standards to maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
Collaborate with administrative staff to address data inconsistencies and locate missing information.
Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Respond to data queries promptly, providing necessary information to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and report major data errors or discrepancies to management for resolution.
Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.
Adhere to best data management practices, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data entry efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
