Together, the three sites reach over 650 million people every month across all platforms and we have more than 140 people working from across the U.S. (and internationally!), in addition to our sunny NYC office & studio.

ATM is looking for a Studio Assistant to join its growing team. This position will play an instrumental role in organizing and maintaining a busy food and home photography and video studio in our SoHo office, working closely with the Studio Director, Producer, and Staff Photographer. The ideal candidate for this role loves to work as part of a team, has experience assisting on multiple sets at once, and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks and projects. This role will primarily work out of our SoHo office.

Responsibilities:

• Help maintain a clean and organized studio including prop and equipment organization
• Receive, unbox, and inventory deliveries
• Support photographer with photo delivery in our asset management system including uploading, tagging, and metadata
• Assist on photo and video sets, occasionally stepping in to hand model
• Build and strike sets including painting walls, assembling furniture, cleaning, and returning props

Experience & Skills:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Experience using Google Docs, Sheets, and Presentations
• Photo editing experience a plus, but not required
• Loves organization, collaboration, and a dynamic work environment where every day is different!
• 1+ year experience working in a video/photography studio

Salary Range: $55,000 - 60,000 annually

The above represents the expected salary range for this role. Ultimately, compensation is determined by level of experience, location, and other job-related factors.
