As a Receptionist/Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You'll need to be friendly, professional, and organized. Good communication skills are also key, as you'll be interacting with people both in person and over the phone. In terms of accounting skills, you'll need to be comfortable with basic bookkeeping tasks, like managing expenses and handling invoices. As for customer service, you should be able to handle any questions or concerns visitors may have, and make sure they leave the office feeling happy.
