Job Description

Position: Receptionist-Golf Cart Company

Location: Grapevine, TX

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays per month for overtime

Pay: $24/hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to Company Policies: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code guidelines (no visible tattoos).
  • Reporting and Special Tasks: Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance, to support overall office operations.
  • Efficient Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, address customer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments promptly and accurately.
  • Sales Support: Process customer orders, sales transactions, and invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk area clean and organized to provide a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Warm and Professional Reception: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Provide information about products, services, and promotions to potential customers to assist them in making informed decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Prior Experience: 2 years of prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location and Schedule: Must be able to commute to Grapevine, TX, and work the specified schedule.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, showcasing a strong work ethic.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
