Job Description
Front Desk Admin


Monday-Friday 3:00 am-11:30 am


Covering for someone on Maternity leave for 4-6 months (could be a permanent employee)


Job Duties


  • Welcome guests and visitors.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Will be operating as an office support staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy of outgoing entered orders.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Deal professionally on the phone, by email, and in person with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
  • Answer and route 50+ calls daily.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.


Qualifications


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Business professional daily attire
  • 1+ years of receptionist experience
