24/7 PetVets, formerly Veterinary Emergency Service, has been serving the Central Valley for more than 41 years. We provide emergency and urgent care for family pets. We are the ultimate one-stop-shop for the best emergency pet care!

Benefits:

Health/Vision and Simple IRA. Hours will vary as we are a 24/7 hospital. Receptionists are typically scheduled 40 hrs. between Sun-Sat, late afternoons and evenings. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Here is a brief breakdown of responsibilities.

• Have ER patient triage knowledge; properly assess and discern emergent cases
• Prefer experience with practice management software (Cornerstone software is used at this practice).
• Investigate and present payment options
• May present comprehensive treatment plans to patients (prepare, present, maintain accuracy, and professionalism).
• Client-focused. Excellent phone skills. Greet clients and accurately collect intake information and treatment authorization. Answer patient questions/concerns.
• Superior people skills required and bilingual-Spanish is preferred

Experience:

• Practice Management Software: Prefer 1 year
• Customer Service – 1-2 years
• Presenting Treatment Plans to patients: 1 year
