Reception Administrator Jobs

Nest Seekers International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our team at our Park Avenue headquarters. As the first point of contact for our clients and brokers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

3. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.

4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services, packages, and deliveries.

5. Coordinate office supplies and inventory management, ensuring the availability of necessary items.

6. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding Nest Seekers International's services, properties, and current listings.

7. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and presentations.

8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Requirements:

1. College degree preferred; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a front desk administrator, receptionist, or similar role.

3. Proficient in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional telephone etiquette.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.

6. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-oriented mindset.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

8. Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of basic terminology is preferred.

9. Knowledge of any CRM software or real estate management systems is a plus.
