Showroom Greeter - Bmw

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Showroom Greeter role with Rallye BMW! The Showroom Greeter plays an instrumental role in providing a seamless and personalized automotive experience for our clients. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with prior customer service and/or administrative experience.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Handling a variety of clerical duties including: filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
• Greeting and directing all clients who visit the dealership
• Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the showroom
• Fielding all incoming phone calls.
• Effectively organizing and keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.

Requirements

• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
• Microsoft Office skills/general computer knowledge necessary
• Trainable in various computer systems
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
• At least one year of previous administrative or reception experience required.
• Outstanding phone and computer skills

PAY: $16-$18 PER HOUR
