Part-Time Showroom Greeter - Bmw

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premiere luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a part-time showroom greeter with Rallye BMW! We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service!
Responsibilities Include:

• Managing showroom traffic flow
• Answering all incoming phone calls
• Data entry
• Keeping track of a high volume of paperwork
• Supporting the sales management and sales staff
• Greeting clients

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of administrative or customer service experience required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
• Phone and computer skills required - experience with Google suite and Excel preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings 4PM-7PM, Saturdays 9AM-6PM, alternating Sundays 11AM-4PM
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, highly organized.
• Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
