We're a customer-obsessed education tutoring startup on a mission to empower business students worldwide, and we're expanding our education team with 5 new tutoring positions:

All positions have an hourly wage of $27-$31 an hour depending on skills and experience.

Quantitative Decision Making

• 34 teaching hours
• Teach students how to utilize quantitative techniques for decision making and problem-solving in a business context.

Business Information Management

• Instruct students on managing information systems and technology within a business environment to drive success.
• 21 teaching hours

Organizational Management

• 34 teaching hours
• Help students comprehend organizational structures, culture, and leadership to enhance business performance.

Finance

• 22 teaching hours
• Guide students in understanding financial analysis, management, and decision-making to help businesses achieve their financial goals.

Spreadsheet Modeling

• Teach students the essential skills in spreadsheet modeling and data analysis to support informed decision-making in a business context.
• 24 teaching hours

As a Pass the Year Online Tutor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our students' academic journey. You'll design, develop, and deliver top-notch online courses, creating an unforgettable learning experience that fosters growth and success.

What You'll Do:

• Nurture a supportive, interactive learning environment that encourages student participation
• Collaborate with a passionate, talented team of educators dedicated to making a difference
• Teach, inspire, and engage students with your expertise
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and guidance to help students excel through the entirety of the course.
• Craft tailored course plans and captivating educational materials for diverse online learners

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field is preferred
• The ability to learn different subjects quickly
• A genuine passion for teaching, empowering, and uplifting students
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages like Dutch are a bonus!
