Partners in Learning, an independent educational support company

located in the D.C. metro area, is eagerly searching for enthusiastic

individuals to join their team for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.

As an educator with Partners in Learning, you will play a vital role

in providing exceptional educational support to students. We are

specifically seeking dynamic and engaging professionals with training

or certification in an Orton-Gillingham based program. Your main

responsibilities will involve conducting one-on-one sessions with

students during and/or after regular school hours.

A strong passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.

High qualifications and expertise in education, particularly in

Orton-Gillingham based approaches.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage

with students, parents, and colleagues.

A commitment to individualized instruction and the ability to adapt

teaching methods to cater to students' unique needs.

Hourly pay for this position ranges from $70 to $80 per hour,

commensurate with experience and qualifications. The number of

available hours per week may vary, with opportunities ranging from 4

to 25 hours, providing flexibility to suit individual preferences and

schedules.
