The Quality Specialist, document control is responsible for maintaining and updating documentation based on collaboration with content owners and subject matter experts in accordance with QMS standards.
As a Quality Specialist, document control, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the correct use of Baker Hughes documentation templates, branding and required language translations.
- Providing support to the business functions with BHOS/Agility applications including Electronic Technical Bulletins, Process Manuals, etc.
- Processing and publishing documentation in accordance with QMS procedures.
- Reviewing and evaluate change requests and clarify changes with content owners
- Managing workflow activities and role mapping with business leads.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about documentation and translations.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have
- At least 5 years of experience in technical writing/documentation
- Highly proficient writing skills including grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong command of the English Language
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).
