Job Title : Veeva QMS Project Manager

Job Summary :

• Should have strong knowledge in agile process. SAFE/Agile Certification is an ad on.
• Should be able to manage Large and global teams.
• Must have knowledge on Veeva systems. Any other QMS system knowledge is an ad on.
• Perform Estimation and planning activities for a project. Also participate in RFPs for new business growth.
• Project Manager / Agile Project Manager with experience of managing QMS implementation or similar programs.
• Must have ability to execute and oversee a project governance (i.e. stakeholder management, customer and internal communication, ceremonies, benefits management, change management, scope management, teamwork environment, on-boarding, etc.). Track and Manage KPI/metrics of the project.

Experience : Overall 15+ years..

Required Skills : Portfolio & Project mgmt (PPM)

Technical Skills : Veeva QMS, Sparta Trackwise

Domain Skills : Quality Management System experience in biopharmaceutical industry

Nice to have Skills : Finance & Accounting ,iRCAS

Shift : PST working hours

Roles & Responsibilities :

• 4. Operational aspects of the project right from SOW creation till closure (including allocations, invoicing, profitability tracking and improvement)
• Candidate should have strong Project Management experience.
• 3. Perform performance appraisals
• 5. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Work with different teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• 2. Perform stakeholder communication / Management
• 1. Large and global teams
• 6. Track and progress against established measures and metrics e.g. SLA, KPI etc.
• Should be able to manage
• 7. Should be well versed with project management techniques and tools
