About the role:

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for supporting of the learning management system Adobe Learning Manager and will assist with Instructional Design projects. This individual will handle overall system administration, content management, learner management, course assignment protocols, and reporting tools in the system. They will work closely with other Instructional Designers and training team members to create interactive e-learning and classroom content to create an excellent user experience.

Candidates will provide work portfolio as part of the application process. The interview will include a portfolio review and discussion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a consistent approach to the learning experience.
• Managing multiple projects with frequent priority shifts, working with high attention to accuracy and detail, and delivering within expected timelines.
• Maintaining the daily operation and use of the LMS, including distributing curricula and reports, creating user groups, scheduling in-house and virtual course instances.
• Synthesizing and translating technical information into clear, effective, and engaging learning.
• Being proficient with a wide variety of learning tools, including but not limited to Storyline and Rise

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as administrator of an LMS
• One year of Instructional Design and content creation
• Experience with industry standards such as SCORM.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools
