Global Quality System Manager Jobs

Excellent working knowledge of Quality Management Review.

Plans the global Quality Management Review schedule and aligning with site/QMS level reviews

Coordinates content for Quality Management Review across site and global level including data from site level reviews.

Prepares content for each Quality Management Review. Ø Initiates and/or hosts a review of data prior to scheduled meetings.

Completes reports as an output of Quality Management Review.

Ensures functional groups adhere to the company’s Management Review procedures.

Own all quality initiatives throughout the global organization through oversight and management

Challenge the management and boost lean best practices within the organization

Collaborates with management and senior staff across departments

Functionality, and other specifications and requirements

Contribute to the “lean thinking” education of all the employees and champion ‘lean thinking’ culture

Manage and coordinate the Quality KPI’s

Coordinate audits of our facility as outlined within the Quality Management System in support of the applicable ISO Standards.

Improve response to ISO audits of our facilities to ensure conformance to requirements.

Manage internal audits that optimize plant operations.

Manage and coordinate activities of the process laboratory and laboratory colleagues.

Several years’ experience in managing quality systems and labs in an ISO 9001 environment.

Develop, implement, and improve effective Quality Control Methods and Procedures necessary to support ISO Quality System.

Excellent judgement, decision making and time management skills.

Required – 7 Years Of Project Management Experience.

Manages the escalation of high priority risk mitigation and change management.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Analytical skills and ability to use a logical through process to formulate practical solutions to problems.

Deep knowledge and understanding of global quality regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and MDR.

Proven experience in implementing and managing quality systems and processes in a global organization.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Candidate should have strong Project Management experience.

Project Manager / Agile Project Manager with experience of managing QMS implementation or similar programs.

Should have strong knowledge in agile process. SAFE/Agile Certification is an ad on.

Three ( 3) years of practical experience working with a Quality Management System is a must

Quality management work experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive

A minimum of 3 years of experience working with QMS ( Quality Management Systems)

Chairs Management review activities and preparation.

Monitors, Measures, and reports management key process indicators

Fair knowledge of the meaning of special characteristics; relevant standards, customer specific requirements and specifications

At least 5 years' experience in quality, operations, design engineering, manufacturing, and/or general management experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required, Masters Degree preferred.

Knowledge of Quality systems including ISO and IATF.

Automotive OEM experience preferred, which includes previous contact with OEM Automotive customers.

o New Product Introduction – ensuring that new products meet the requirements of the customers

o Supplier Development – ensuring that suppliers meet PPG requirements to provide quality materials

Collaborate with team members in production and quality to build robust quality management system

Specific tasks will be tailored to the intern’s experience level and abilities

Strong leadership and team building skills

Previous industrial experience is helpful

Become familiar with FDA and EU regulations regarding the required statements for the site’s manufactured products

Quality Management software knowledge preferred

H.S. Diploma with 5+ years relevant related experience

Inspect inbound Helicopter parts for correct and accurate identification and visible damage

Verify certifying documents are complete and accurate.

Support site quality management at sites with any escalations internally or from customers

Working knowledge and development of quality systems and requirements and how they relate to business (i.e. AS9100, NADCAP).

Led effort of one AS9100 global certification

Bachelor’s Degree Engineering desired or relevant experience

Minimum of seven years of quality related experience

Demonstrated experience with Project Management

Conflict resolution skills in complex management organization

SCARs management including establishment, communication and follow-up

Define and communicate project resource requirements and negotiate with functional managers to obtain resources necessary to support assigned programs

Partner with various entity QMS Leads and Teams to ensure a harmonized approach for consolidating Quality Management Systems

Working knowledge/understanding of ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems standard
