Job Summary

Permanent Position: A Quality Manager is needed for a manufacturing plant in Waterloo, IA. Become a part of a premium brand within a $2.4 billion/10,000+ employee company based in the United States. Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates. Typical hours are Monday - Thursday, 4x10 for their production. May work 1/2 day on Fridays.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overall plant quality for a large building materials manufacturer. Must have experience with Lean Manufacturing tools, especially PFMEA, Six Sigma, and Control Plans. The Quality Manager will be in a high mix and high complexity, environment and will lead the company's Quality Management System & Processes working both internally and externally with customers.

• Managing a small team of auditors/inspectors

• Leads monthly presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing the product quality for the plant
