D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Quality Control Auditor II in the Compliance Department. The right candidate will ensure that company produced loans are quality products in compliance with investor’s and guarantor’s guideline requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Must have FHA Direct Endorsement
• Knowledge of or experience in mortgage loan processing and underwriting
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
• Five to eight years of underwriting experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to accurately and efficiently process large volumes of data
• A combination of a DE and/or SAR, both are preferred
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
