Quality Control Coordinator Jobs

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to quality control.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality requirements and provide guidance on quality control processes.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes to identify and address any quality issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control.
• Analyze and interpret quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Construction site experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, specifically in the cables and wiring industry, with experience in the telecommunications sector.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, processes, and best practices.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
