Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Quality Associate will work with the Health, Safety, and Quality department, leading the effort to promote a Quality culture within EDP leveraging the systems in place to gather data, conduct quality audits, and track the progress of metrics to completion.
Main Accountabilities:
  • Support the development and testing of new performance metrics in Power BI
  • Assist with Historical Quality Data Processing and Reporting to help define trends/focus areas
  • Additional duties may be required
  • Assist with reviewing and communicating ImPaQ (Quality Management System) cases
  • Assist the development team in the testing and documentation of new software interfaces and BOT
  • Be an advocate for Quality, driving a strong and committed Quality culture throughout the organization
  • Assist with the Quality Assessment program, leading the effort to collaborate with sites, monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues
  • Contribute to the development and publication of standard operating procedures based on process flow charts
  • Assist with digitizing operational checklists/documents and provide troubleshooting support to field teams
  • Support the development, validation, and documentation of new quality control checklists in Excel and Resco.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Quality
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.
  • Must have a degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
  • Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment

Qualifications

Education

Required

Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.

Experience

Required

2 years: relevant experience in Quality
