Description
- Support the development and testing of new performance metrics in Power BI
- Assist with Historical Quality Data Processing and Reporting to help define trends/focus areas
- Additional duties may be required
- Assist with reviewing and communicating ImPaQ (Quality Management System) cases
- Assist the development team in the testing and documentation of new software interfaces and BOT
- Be an advocate for Quality, driving a strong and committed Quality culture throughout the organization
- Assist with the Quality Assessment program, leading the effort to collaborate with sites, monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues
- Contribute to the development and publication of standard operating procedures based on process flow charts
- Assist with digitizing operational checklists/documents and provide troubleshooting support to field teams
- Support the development, validation, and documentation of new quality control checklists in Excel and Resco.
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience in Quality
- Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.
- Must have a degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and collaborative working environment
- Eagerness to learn
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
- Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or scheduled form
- Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
- Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
