Warehouse Associate Jobs

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a large, well-known client in Wheeling, IL. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment. . SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include2nd shift. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:

• Disassembles plating assemblies and removes masking materials such as plater's tape, lacquer, and putty from plated products and performs other post-treatment as required in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepares parts for plating by applying masking materials and electrical contacts in a precise manner in order to make a plating assembly.
• Correctly and safely uses hand tools, alkaline, acids, solvents and nickel stripping solution.
• Accurately sets up pieces for plating according to blueprint. Writes up job order ticket for each product in a clear and concise manner.
• Thoroughly cleans and inspects plating equipment after use. May clean and grade superabrasives

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate:

• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Frequently lift up to 25lbs.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• High School Diploma.
