Qualitative Research Director Jobs

I am currently recruiting for a strategic market research agency. They provide customized market research solutions for healthcare companies. The foundation for their success is based on them knowing the science behind the research, asking the right questions, and finding and reporting relevant insights. They are currently looking for a new qualitative director.

The role will involve you managing projects from End-to-end. You will be expected to take projects on from RFP to final deliverable, writing reports to a high level and being able to face clients. Another part of this role will include moderating and these responsibilities are all crucial to the role.

Requirements Of The Role:

• Ability and experience drafting screeners, discussion guide, questionnaires from scratch.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical market research projects from inception to completion.
• Customer-Bio Farmer experience
• Ability and experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Experience with deep therapeutic areas such as; Oncology, Immunology, Cardiology, Infectious Diseases, and Metabolic Disease.
• Ability to conduct qualitative interviews

The salary banding for this role is between $90,000-$120,000.
