Passion for video games and a knowledge of various genres and their associated elements and mechanics is a must.

Minimum of 5 years of public health work experience with statistical analysis

Advanced experience managing and analyzing qualitative data with programs such as MAXQDA or NVivo

Advanced experience managing and analyzing quantitative data with programs such as SAS, STATA or SUDAAN

Experience developing focus group guides and materials and facilitating focus group discussions

Collaborate with community partners to identify persons at increased risk of drowning to participate in focus group discussions

Pay Range: $70.00 – 75.00/hr. on W2 without benefits

Project manage vendor relationships and relationships with other researchers

8+ years of experience in a product/user research setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

10+ years of relevant experience in a product/user research setting.

Advanced statistical analysis skills are a plus.

1-3 years of project management experience in professional role (required)

Support client management activities and ensuring high level of client satisfaction.

Other project management duties as deemed necessary.

Manage internal business initiatives including client database, project status documents and organization as well as others as they arise.

Experience and/or interest in managing and building client relationships a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management and organization skills

Sets and manages client expectations regarding the InterVu platform and service deliverables

Ability to train end-users on platform functionalities, remotely

2+ years’ experience in technical support and/or customer service with direct user interaction

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Experience conducting process evaluations in an applied setting, with findings translated into actionable insights.

Hold a Ph.D. in engineering education, sociology, ethnic studies, or a related field by the start date of the appointment
