Primary Responsibilities

• Translate company technical solutions and operating goals into a concise business case
• Manage budget and schedule for assigned projects
• Lead cross-functional teams through solicitation and negotiation processes
• Effectively communicate technical content to non-technical advocates
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience building financial business cases
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred
• Prior experience leading projects/teams through technological or organizational changes
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience

• Ability to work with multi-geographical, globally dispersed teams
• Agile or Lean certification
• Experience leading change management
• Working knowledge of advanced manufacturing disciplines
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing disciplines
