O'Keefe Millwork is looking for an experienced Purchaserto join our growing team!

O'Keefe Millwork is a leading manufacturer of architectural woodworking and custom cabinetry products, serving the Minnesota -Twin Cities commercial construction industry. We are known for our architectural custom casework and millwork produced by our highly skilled team of craftsmen.

Job Responsibilities:

• Procures laminates, hardware, hardwoods, board and melamine, finishes, acrylic and othermaterials needed for manufacturing.
• Negotiates vendor pricing and demonstrates a strong understanding of vendor contracts for materials and services.
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of material procurement.

Required Skills:

• Experienced inpurchasing and vendor management.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and the ability to problem solve.
• Demonstrates ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
• Maintainsa high attention to detail and ability to work well as a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both the team and vendors.
• Strong financial acumen, with a demonstratedability to control cost.
• Ability to read and understand bid documents, specifications, spreadsheets, shop drawings, and blueprints are required.
• 2 years of experience in a millworkpurchasing role.
