Job Description
  • Budget Management: Proficient in budgeting related to manufacturing operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Change Management: Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Powdered Metal Technology background a plus.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in driving Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization initiatives.
  • Quality and Safety Focus: Proven track record of implementing quality control programs and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
