Your Role with The Company:
– Overseeing Multi-plant operations, instilling a developmental leadership model, and ultimately building an engaged and positive culture in the organization.
– This position’s accountabilities include; assessing the team’s talent level, providing performance metrics, and driving accountability to build the best team possible.
– You will also be responsible for instilling the sense that professional development and continuous improvement are a part of the organization’s culture.

Background Profile:
– 7+ years if Operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
– Knowledge of resins, plastic films or flexible packaging preferred
– Coaching and mentoring leadership style
– Experience with change management and strategic planning during a high-growth phase
– High sense of urgency with a passion for continuous improvement
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
