- Oversee the accurate documentation of provider information and interactions in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and high-quality provider placement, technology integration, and regulatory compliance
- Other Responsibilities and Duties
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical provider placement and retention, with a specific focus on remote healthcare
- Monitor and assess overall provider performance in remote care settings, addressing any performance issues and providing guidance and resources for improvement
- Provider Training and Performance
- Prepare regular reports for leadership to inform decision-making.
- Provider Retention
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in provider recruitment, placement, and retention, particularly in the realm of remote healthcare
- Lead and manage placement coordinator and support staff providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, VP of Provider Network, Implementation Manager and Care Delivery leadership to assess the needs of clients and match them with suitable mental health providers.
- Provider Matching and Placement
- Partner with VP of Provider Network to develop ongoing education and professional development programs and resources for providers, emphasizing remote service delivery
- Work closely with the HR department to implement initiatives that enhance provider engagement, job satisfaction, and overall retention rates within the realm of remote healthcare
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Team Management:
- Responsible for the successful placement and retention of mental health providers, aligning with organizational goals and values.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clinical providers, addressing their concerns, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey within the organization
- Manage the entire provider onboarding process, including orientation, training, and integration into the clinical and care delivery team
- Gather and analyze data related to provider performance and client outcomes to identify trends and opportunities for provider performance improvement.
- Partner with VP of Provider Network to develop robust orientation and training program for new providers.
- Analyze provider feedback and data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in placement and retention processes in the context of remote care
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and implement improvement strategies for remote care placements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, adapting to the unique challenges of remote healthcare
- Strong understanding of clinical provider roles, responsibilities, and regulatory requirements, especially within remote care settings
- Experience with CRM systems, databases, and software applications
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (preferred), or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful outcomes in remote care environments
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, provider relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful provider placement and retention
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs within the dynamic world of remote healthcare
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clinical providers and internal stakeholders in a remote service context
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and compliance, specifically within the remote care landscape
- Empathetic and approachable with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, particularly within the remote care context
