This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the state of Indiana.

Exceptional written and verbal communication and relationship management skills

Ensure compliance with Louisiana's managed care contractual requirements for provider relations, such as claims dispute resolution within specified timeframes

Proven working knowledge of Behavioral Health provider operations, competitor strategies, financial/contracting arrangements, and/or regulatory requirements

Develop and maintain Behavioral Health provider relationships to optimize provider experience and satisfaction

Experience working with behavioral health providers and substance use providers

Understanding of behavioral health managed care and how services are delivered

Understand and keep up to date with healthcare industry and knowledge

Create a positive experience by providing upfront education on the Edgepark process, e-prescribing platforms, and medical policies

Utilize Salesforce for account management, including updating account information, contacts, activities, campaigns

Accelerate the new customer onboarding experience by conducting proactive outreach to healthcare professionals and patients (endocrinologists, PCPs, WOCNs, etc.)

Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to manage new and at-risk accounts

Understand Edgepark’s Diabetes or Ostomy/Urology supply categories, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends, developments, key competitors, terminology, technology, challenges, and reimbursement.

Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Strong time management skills, positive attitude, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Manage and administer Office of Professional Engagement budget and process expenses;

Strong oral, written, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Work closely with Associate Dean for Assessment & Professional Engagement to contribute to development of robust program for professional identity formation;

Remain aware of emerging trends and issues in professional identity formation;

Promote a sense of belonging among students through targeted programming, including overseeing a regular program of activities;

WORK STYLE: Mostly remote work, with minimal travel for meetings, conferences, and/or trainings

Very rarely will before/after hours, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime be offered and will not be required.

Experience within the dental field/industry (ie clinical experience, billing experience, front office/reception experience, sales/marketing experience, etc)

Proactive thought leadership/Root Cause problem resolution skills
