• Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Private. A Bachelors of Science in Building Construction or Civil Engineering and 5+ years commercial construction experience. Demonstrated experience managing $% M - $100M projects. PMP designation a plus.

• Work environment periodically exposes the employees to high levels of noise, grease, and dust that is typically associated with a construction project.
• Private will manage various multi-million dollar projects for the organization. The successful candidate will work with contracts for subcontractors and oversee budgets and timelines to ensure successful project completion. Key Duties Develop and maintain construction schedule for each project, including scheduling subcontractors, in-house labor, government regulations and supply orders. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors/suppliers to ensure that all projects remain on their projected path. Regularly ensure that all on-site work is meeting blueprint specifications, and identify/address any issues that may arise. Oversee all phases of the construction project timeline, from inception to final project completion. Perform site visits and monitor progress of construction activities on a regular basis, and hold regular status meetings with all sub-contractors. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and other required documentation related to specific projects. Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards. Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project, including change order logs, RFI logs and submittal lots. Qualification Requirements
