Job Description

In this newly created position of Project Manager, this person will be a critical resource to the Corporate Operations team. We are seeking a hands-on, high-potential, and talented individual who will be instrumental as it relates to new office openings on the east coast of the United States. The company is growing at an accelerated pace, and this is an opportunity for the incumbent to get valuable exposure to a variety of tasks while growing and progressing within the organization.


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Execute on the master guide and checklist for Class A and luxury office openings and have ownership over full project completion.
  • Initial office management responsibilities for the space being opened, such as processing maintenance requests, assisting with supply inventory/ordering, and various ad hoc projects (until taken over by incoming local team).
  • Specific examples include: Oversight of ordering/installation of furniture, technology, minor construction buildouts, and all supplies needed for the space to have a high-quality finish keeping in line with the company’s standard of excellence.
  • Understand the lead time needed for various tasks (such as ordering office furniture, internet/cable installation, supply deliveries, etc.) and execute appropriately.
  • Have a proactive approach to creating efficiencies and improvements related to office openings.
  • Become the lead point person for on-site set-up at satellite locations and understand when to escalate to the corporate office headquarters.
  • Be involved with the full scope of each project from beginning to end. Create benchmarks for each project while communicating regularly with Partners and vendors to ensure project completion within the set timeline.


Education and Experience:

  • Dedicated work ethic and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to travel to new upcoming satellite offices primarily on the East Coast approximately 60% of the time.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain the highest level of trust, confidentiality, and discretion with all assigned tasks.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and requests, and sustain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Approachable interpersonal skills with the ability to truly enjoy the position and people with whom you interact, both internally and externally at Seventy2 Capital.
