Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage that has experience with a large-scale organization of key client projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the point of reference for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. Project Manager Duties Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project Manager Requirements Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. As a Business Project Manager, you will support real estate project leaders with their portfolio of internal real estate projects. This role interacts regularly with the Project Financial Support team and other internal business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project scope.
- Collaborate with real estate lease administration team to prepare and record project Tenant Improvement (TI) requests and associated documentation and apply receipts; assist with monitoring timely TI collection and conducting follow-up.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Support periodic special requests, e.g., targeted cost analyses, project metrics, fiscal year end activities, audit, and internal controls data requests. Qualifications
- Provide support to internal/external teams related to management system.
- Set up/maintain projects in integrated workplace management system.
- Collaborate with real estate lease administration team.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative environment
- Real Estate knowledge.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants.
- Strong project management or related experience and financial analysis expertise
- Support invoice inquires and the administration of construction pay applications.
- Participate in the processing and issue resolution for POs and PO amendments and assist with recording Letters of Authorization against construction POs as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
- Provide support to internal/external team members relating to usage of project management application and facilitate project vendor and project team setup.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Develop key messages and communicate around project updates to leaders.
- Assist in the development of learning materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids and self-study materials.
- Assist with preparations of budgets and invoicing.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major, e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field w/ 3 + years experience
- Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Suite) - Suite
- Must understand basic accounting and finance principles,
- Flexibility, adaptability, and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
- Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Create project plans and related resource plans and present to leadership.
