About The Opportunity

• The PM will be an integral player in the management of the flow of information between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders and help with design assistance and the approvals process.
• Project Manager for a general contractor. Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a PM to support their latest commercial projects. Must have experience on this one.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that all appropriate documents are posted to the project database and
• Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure
• Processing of payment requests and change orders
• Project design
• Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders

Skills / Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• 2-5+ years of construction management experience preferred as PM
• Effective organizational and communication skills
