We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d), who builds relationships across world areas and functions to facilitate successful project execution and management. The role is located in one of our Romanian (Cluj) sites.

Using your expertise, you will deliver assigned projects to our customers while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the internally agreed level of profitability.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Involvement in the project pursuit process and developing winning quotation strategies with account managers;
• Assigns work across functions in the company and manages the project Schedule, Scope, Cost, and Quality;
• Ensure all internal management and tracking tools and reports are complete and up to date at all times for all projects managed
• Apply PMO Methodology to all projects and assures contractual obligations are met;
• Conduct risk and change management;
• Prepare the financial reports for projects and approve cost deviations as per the authority level assigned; address with appropriate managers the deviation cost approval as per their authority level;
• Measure and report progress; monitor and control the project against the project plan;
• Comply with the Emerson Ethical and trade Compliance policies.
• Leads meetings with executive leadership team as necessary, and has authority to commit to customer projects;
• Directs work on large, complex Tier 2+ projects
• Has ultimate accountability for their account or project;

For This Role, You Will Need

• Proficient PC office applications - MS Word/Excel etc.;
• 3 years’ experience in project management;
• 3 years’ experience in customer service;
• Fluent English language skills - verbal, reading and writing.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Project Management Institute certification or equivalent is preferred;
• Good knowledge of the industry culture, structure, and products;
• Acceptance of flexible working time including 10 – 15% overtime;
• Good knowledge about contractual and commercial aspects of projects would be an advantage;
• Knowledge on Oracle ERP would be an advantage.
