We are looking for an experienced project manager to support our Carbon Capture team in the deployment of pilot and commercial systems of our OptipermTM Carbon product line. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of ownership and organization, creativity, bias for action, enthusiasm for tech innovations and saving the planet, technically strong, able to connect with people and establish credibility quickly, and not afraid of a challenge. Always buttoned up. Manages timeline and deliverables. Able to collaborate and coordinate across a start-up organization as well as with Fortune 500 companies.


What You Will be Doing


● Project Planning: Collaborate with customer(s), technical and BD teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables. Develop comprehensive budget and project plans and set realistic milestones and deadlines.

● Project Execution: Oversee the execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

● Internal team coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

● External stakeholders coordination: Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support project execution.

● Customer and external relationships: Establish strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. Regularly communicate project progress and outcomes and maintain alignment.

● Project Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes and technical specifications.

● Use external insights to help shape the internal support work.

● Upward manage, collaborate, and coordinate across a start-up organization as well as with Fortune 500 companies.

● Set the bar for quality and excellence in the service and professionalism that CMS delivers to customers.


What You Will Bring to the Table


● 5+ years of relevant work experience, including project management roles, preferably in hardware development, engineering, or clean technology sectors.

● Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Creative and self-motivated, comfortable with being an individual contributor with limited oversight.

● Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field or equivalent experience.

Salary and Benefits

We are offering a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, with an additional performance bonus. A brief summary of our main benefits include:
