Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented project consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of a key internal stakeholder program. Duties will include reviewing and analyzing data, managing internal records, liaising with external vendors and internal brand teams and other administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have very strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and be familiar with social media influencers and celebrities, as well as current social, political, and cultural topics. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, and possess strong judgment and critical thinking abilities in line with our ethical values.

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly vendor invoices and liaise with internal finance teams
• Manage and update multiple internal trackers
• Prepare communications for internal brand teams
• Process requests and log data for internal stakeholder intelligence program
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact with an outside vendor and internal brand teams

Experience:

• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with current political, social, and cultural events
• Strong organizational skills, including processing a high volume of data

• The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $29.73 to $33.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
