This individual will leverage Fanatics’ close relationships with leagues, players, and teams as well as their current 90M users to support the creation of an unprecedented loyalty program. They will be a critical part of the team focused on launching an exclusive membership experience for Fanatics top customers, rewarding them for their loyalty engagement with Fanatics’ diverse set of business, specifically through the creation of unique experiences for VIP customers. They will focus on the execution of events and activations that support the acquisition of new and retention of existing customers by generating loyalty with the Fanatics brand.
Role & Responsibilities
The Fanatics Coordinator of Loyalty and VIP Experiences will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that engage our customers through memorable and interactive experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life and drive customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a passion for creating immersive brand experiences. It requires an appreciation for delivering white glove service for discerning customers, while also reflecting the excitement and passion for the ultimate sports fans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, venue coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive experiential marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute experiential marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities for experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for successful event execution.
  • Oversee the development of event materials, signage, displays, and promotional items.
  • Analyze post-event data, feedback, and attendee insights to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, content, sales) to ensure seamless integration of experiential marketing initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage budgets for experiential marketing events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective execution.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging experiences.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative and interactive experiential marketing concepts that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
Professional Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique experiential marketing ideas.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel for events as required.
  • Proven experience in experiential marketing, event planning, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is $29 to $41 per hour, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
