Project Contract Specialist Intern

We are looking for a motivated intern to manage a Partner Sales project. This individual will be responsible for managing projects for the Partner Development sales team; including contract management and salesforce/CRM cleanup. You will cross-functionally within the Evebridge Global Partner team. and other departments within our organization.
What You'll Do

• Lead contract projects and manage all master files and form contracts to ensure they are up-to-date, complete, and filed accordingly.
• Solves practical problems and demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of concrete variables in respect of contract wordings and client/reinsurer contract documents
• Actively maintains and tracks the status of contracts documentation
• Migrate contact information from platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and various business systems into spreadsheets and our Salesforce.com CRM
• Provide updates from data mining activities and perform data cleansing as needed
• Creates correspondence, maintains and manages customer and subcontractor files, and maintains the contract database
• Accurately populates all database platforms and maintains active contract diary

What you'll bring;

• Nice to have: familiarity with Data Management and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and proficiency and/or ability to learn new programs (e.g., Documentum, Passport)
• Previous experience in Project Management, and Project Management certification is a plus.
