- Communicate with clients on accounts receivable status and pursue initial steps to resolve any accounting discrepancies
- Drafting and compilation of internal and external reports and deliverables
- Prepare invoice documentation in partnership with project managers including maintaining invoicing requirements for various clients
- Tracking of deliverables across multiple clients and projects and alignment of these deliverables to external deadlines
- Performance Delivery Project Analyst: Approximately 60% of time
- Interface with internal accounting staff to support any company wide tracking of project financials
- Preparation and execution of internal and external status update meetings and correspondence
- Oakland Office Management: Approximately 15% of time
- Project Financial Tracking: Approximately 25% of time
- Population and configuration of commissioning software (Cx Alloy) for use by project teams
- Manage Oakland office - interface with landlord, mailing/deliveries, office supplies, equipment, catering & food/beverage, security
- Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients and visitors
- Inventory, track, & order office and kitchen supplies; ensure workspace and kitchen are neat, clean, & organized
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities under deadlines
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- 2+ years of experience in the fields of construction management, facilities management, project management and/or other related fields.
- Effective working in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent listening, communication and writing skills
- Experience in MEP design or construction
