We are seeking a BDR Program Manager, to be the go-to person to drive our commitment to campaigns, run-rate programs, operational excellence and culture across the BDR organization. The BDR Program Manager will work closely within our BDR leadership team and also with BDR individual contributors and business partners to identify operational challenges and opportunities, create solutions and execute on them.This position will report into the VP of Sales Development based in San Francisco and will be critical to our success as an organization. The BDR Program Manager possesses an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce processes across our Distribution organization; has a strong analytical approach to review data and processes and identify improvements; can effectively communicate sophisticated challenges and solutions to leadership; can effectively build business justifications and get consensus and agreement for changes to our processes.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and has previous experience with Salesforce. We're looking for a dynamic self-starter and problem solver with attention to detail. This person is a highly organized, results-oriented professional who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, exercises and encourages good judgment and decision-making. This person is capable of prioritising multiple projects with ease and knows how to drive execution without being pushy. Candidates are the kind of people who thrive in challenging environments, people who can clearly envision a path to completion through a series of obstacles and executes accordingly. As well as someone who recognizes the importance of the role and can call out high priority items when needed.
  • All other BDR processes that impact customer experience or revenue generation (eg, ROE, AE Handoff, etc).
  • Usage of company metrics and reporting to optimize BDR performance.
  • BDR lead management processes (eg, lead prioritisation, lead workflow, usage of fields, automation, etc.)
  • 3+ years of deep analytical evaluation of business metrics, producing clear tangible results and business impact
  • Ability to prioritize risks and issues to drive resolution and engage others when necessary.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and inspire change.
  • Proven planning, organization and project management skills. Experience identifying, managing and leading operational org-wide projects to successful execution.
  • Our evolving technology stack - includes optimizing current technology like our own Salesforce instance, CTI and Chat, as well as evaluating, recommending and implementing new technologies.
  • Capable of engaging and motivating team members and establishing healthy, collaborative relationships.
  • Campaign design and execution
  • Ability to determine the objectives and measures upon which your projects will be evaluated and set up measurements to report back.
  • Multiple years of experience of accessing and leading implementation of technology solutions for enterprise-size companies
  • You will impact the organization by identifying and driving improvements in:
  • Outstanding reporting skills using Salesforce.
  • Capacity planning.
  • Consistent track record of optimizing operational processes and the Sales Development technology stack.
  • 3 years Deep knowledge of Lead Generation and Lead Distribution processes; includes understanding Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a shown ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of partners.
  • Consistent track record of maintaining passion, energy, focus and ability to execute in a variety of circumstances, within a large team of people.
Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver clear, specific, measurable and significant improvements to our business in the form of pipeline and ACV, on time and on target.
  • Own Hub lead and other programs within the BDR organization to drive improved collaboration and culture
  • Own all collaboration and feedback loop between BDR, BDR Management and internal and external business partners regarding everything related to the operations of our business
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our technology stack to better leverage our current tools, and lead the assessment and implementation of additional technology
  • Continuous improvement analysis of our BDR business, with data-driven recommendations
  • Be creative and innovative in the approach to our processes to ensure that we meet our goal of being “best in class at scale.”
  • Work with marketing and the run-rate team to design and execute on campaigns that will directly influence pipeline and ACV for the EBU business
