Overview


Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a Program Management Support in Falls Church, VA.The candidate will provide support to monitor, coordinate, and plan projects using TMT. This task shall provide the support necessary to facilitate the USAF SGROC at Falls Church, VA. The contractor shall perform the following duties:


Essential Functions And Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate the SGROC meetings with the AFMS leadership. Responsible for all administrative and logistical actions in the coordination of the SGROC, which meets quarterly or as required, to include preparation of read ahead, slides, documentation of proceedings, video and teleconferencing, and room set-up
  • Ensure final documents are archived in the AFMRA/SG3Q Requirements Repository.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and working groups that routinely include MAJCOM and/or installation participation to formulate and develop AFMS capability-based planning that supports AF and DoD requirements.
  • Provide an executive summary after the conclusion of the meeting or the determination of the SGROC voting results (whichever is later) and forward copies of the signed documents to the appropriate requirements principals and publish on the SGROC Knowledge Exchange.
  • Update and maintain the SGROC membership contact list.
  • Prepare and brief status updates as required by SG3/4A Director at SGROC, the AFROC, and the JROC as reported by SG3Q, Division Chief
  • Collect and organize information from a variety of sources. Gather input from military, Government, and Contractor SMEs
  • Attend SG3/4A leadership meetings; set up meeting room and equipment, record meeting minutes, track open items and follow-up items to closure.
  • Track the required training of voting members on the SGROC/requirements process.
  • Collect monthly metrics, analyze aggregate data, and develop initial findings and recommendations for senior leaders to review as required by SG3/4A leadership.
  • Provide SGROC meeting minutes after the conclusion of the meeting or the determination of the SGROC voting results (whichever is later) for coordination to the voting members.


Qualifications


Minimum Requirements:


  • Substitution: Six (6) years of experience in program or project management, logistics, information technology, requirements management, administrative support, or healthcare in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • The Contractor shall have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Logistics, or a Healthcare related field.
  • US Citizenship Required. Ability to obtain a government background investigation.
  • The minimum clearance required for this contract is Secret.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in program or project management, logistics, information technology, requirements management, administrative support, or healthcare; or
