Job Description
This client-facing position will provide support for the Information Collection Request (ICR) program. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences, including senior-level management, both in writing and verbal. The Senior Management Consultant will review and reformat ICR renewal packages, lead preliminary discussions and pre-reporting with desk officers, collect information from program leaders and key stakeholders to develop evaluation criteria for ICR packages, apply evaluation criteria to ICR packages, and populate existing ICR content into new templates.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Develop reports based on contractor findings and applied evaluation criteria to previous ICR submissions.
  • Work with key program stakeholders to gather, capture, synthesize, and update evaluation criteria into usable guidance (i.e., a standard operating procedure (SOP) or a job aid) capable of assisting reviewers through an assessment of ICR materials.
  • Collect all relevant components of previous ICR submissions, apply the evaluation criteria, check for gaps/key information, and proofread/polish the document.
  • Perform initial reviews of existing approved ICR materials.
  • Provide periodic brown bags, working sessions, one-on-one meetings, summary statements, and other job aids to ensure ICR reviewers understand the evaluation criteria and any updates from prior iterations.
  • Collect information from prior approved ICR packages and pre-populate ICR templates for upcoming ICR renewals.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in federal consulting with client-facing exposure
  • 2+ years of experience developing reports, briefings, and decks and presenting them to clients in a professional and influential way.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of complex problems.
  • US citizenship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively complete individual tasks, work in a team environment, and be proactive with little guidance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with information management programs.
  • Experience with the ICR process.
  • Experience in developing and vetting program documentation for 508 compliances.
