Build and lead a team of partnership managers and coordinators to execute on partnership strategies

Superior computer skills. Experience with web-based project management and communication tools, especially Airtable, Google Workspace, Wordpress, Slack, Zoom, a plus

Project management capabilities and ability to manage graduate students

Manage the recruitment of participants for microfunding support, often consulting with them on appropriate professional development opportunities for their needs/contexts

Manage a small team of graduate assistants (from Pratt and NYU MIAP) to accomplish program objectives

Manage all program communications and promote DPOE-N Support opportunities via conferences, the DPOE-N website, social media, etc.

Knowledge of digital preservation and passion for helping novices learn about it

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

Own and drive the improvement roadmap for Network spares to include business requirements and justification for tools and automation

Prior experience in Spares and / or Fulfillment processes, preferably in the high-tech industry

Proficiency in data analytics to include Excel, Power BI, etc.

Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment

Master’s degree in Ops/Industrial /Manufacturing Engineering or Business

Manage multiple Center of Excellence programs both internally developed and through external partners

Collaborate with Market Network Managers to support program, including Joint Operating Committee preparation and removing barriers to growth

Demonstrated track record of strong quantitative and analytical skills required

Presentation of results and new programs to executive leadership

Program design in collaboration with key stakeholders with a focus on meeting business objectives

Execute contracts with vendor partners with a focus on evaluating business impact and compliance

Previous experience with supervision of projects, or project management.

End to end project management

Responsible for functional management of a market

Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office.

Quality audit of work performed by vendors

Responsible for work load balancing among resources

Minimum of 2-3 years of program management experience.

Technology and project management certifications are desirable (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, PMP, PMO)

Working with engineering and TME to manage customer escalations, and integrate fixes into release planning and roadmap.

Working cross functional team on Go To Market strategy to define requirements, product planning and readiness for product launch.

Experience working with software engineers and product engineers in networking software engineering

Experience in Wireless, IOT, network software engineering, SDN nice to have
