React Developer – Create Better Visualisations – $150,000-160,000 Salary + Bonus

Can you make this look better? This is a question you’ll likely be asked every day for your first few months.

You’re going to be coming into a lean technology team that’s part of a much larger Private Equity business, working closely with the business to understand what they need from their visualisations. Currently they have a bunch of applications across HR, data, investments that do their job well, but the UI and visualisations of data could be much improved. You’ll be given creative freedom to re-design these.

Whilst your initial focus will be on improving visuals across the current tech stack, the future can also be equally interesting for you. You could move into more of a full stack position in future if you desire, or you could move into a leadership role. Right now, the need is for front-end and creating better visualisations across the business.

So, you’re going to need to come from a strong background in React and TypeScript with CosmosDB or similar database technology experience. There may be some work on C# in the future, but you don’t need that right now, although it would of course be a plus if you have this kind of experience and exposure.

You’ll be joining a largely successful PE firm with AUM over $80 billion who invest across multiple industries. They’re diversified and meticulous in their investments. You’ll start on a salary in the range of $150,000-160,000 and it’s a hybrid working environment. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are required onsite, with the rest of the week working from home, if you desire.
