Job Description
  • Valuation Analyst – Perform valuation analyses on private equity, real estate, debt and non-performing loan portfolios using comparable companies, comparable transactions and discounted cash flow valuation methods; maintain and monitor the asset portfolios by periodically communicating with portfolio companies’ management (i.e., CEO, CFO, COO, etc.) and the investment team to understand how the latest macro-economic trends and company’s developments will influence the investment’s holding value; provide support and explain the methodologies used to value the asset portfolios to the Firm’s auditors, investors and independent valuation consultants; present and support the asset portfolios’ holding value to the Firm’s Valuation Committee (on a quarterly basis) and to the CFO (on a monthly basis); assess financial impact by Fund of holding value changes for the asset portfolios (on a monthly basis); monitor and review the asset P&L (on a monthly basis); other ad- hoc projects as needed.
