Interested in a role that will help create and drive the strategy for a suite of data and insights products to measure organizational effectiveness? Our Organizational & Leadership Effectiveness team leads key cultural transformation initiatives including Starbucks support partner workspace experience strategy and the re-founding of Starbucks Mission and Values. This role will partner with cross-functional business teams as well as Analytics and Technology organizations to thoughtfully develop products to measure impact and help drive ongoing strategy.


As a product manager for org effectiveness data & insights, you will be responsible for:


  • Serving as the business product manager to sequence, advocate for, and manage trade-offs for sustainment and continuous delivery of OE insights products and services
  • Identifying and understanding connections and interdependencies between initiatives to inform integrated OE data product design
  • Managing user testing, communications, and training for end-user data and OE insights tools
  • Shaping metrics and practices to measure the ongoing effectiveness of OE solutions and interventions, providing a point of view on what the indicators will be when it’s time to evolve the solution
  • Working cross-functionally and in close partnership with our Partner Resources, Facilities, Technology, and Data & Analytics teams to develop and deliver tools that support integrated Org Effectiveness (OE) impact measurement and inform future OE strategy, solutions, and interventions
  • Driving features requirements and user stories to support the OE data and insights tool development
  • Managing the product planning roadmap for all business elements of OE data and insights, including leader and stakeholder alignment


We’d Love To Hear From People With


  • Experience working with technical and data & analytics teams
  • General business experience in large, matrixed organizations (5+ years)
  • Experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects (5+ years)
  • Strong systems thinking, seeking to understand the interconnectedness of cultural initiatives and how that amplifies impacts
  • Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders (4 years)
  • Industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering complex products (4+ years)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of different thinkers and functions
