THE TEAM
The Global Marketplace Product team at Ticketmaster is responsible for the web and app face of the business and the technology behind it - which enables fans to discover, buy and access the music, sports, arts and theatre tickets they just can’t miss out on.
THE JOB
As a Product Manager in our Accounts team, you’ll be responsible for contributing to, optimizing and operating Ticketmaster’s world-class authentication system as we innovate on identity based ticketing. You will work alongside the Senior Director of Product in UK, and Senior Product Manager in US, to drive the rollout of new features and enhancements on our Global Accounts platform.
You will help improve the experience for every fan who purchases and uses a ticket to enter concerts, theatre shows and sporting events - ensuring that unauthorised access is prevented and their data is securely held. Your key focus will be on upgrading registration checks, introducing enhanced identity verification, and further extending MFA on protected account actions globally.
Ticketmaster has a commanding global presence, operating in 32 countries and attracting 1B annual digital visitors globally. It’s key that we can provide a secure way to let fans access tickets for purchase and entry which is applied universally.

Responsibilities
  • Help to formulate clear and coherent business cases, competitive analysis, product support processes and API and Widget documentation for integrators.
  • Help shape the authentication and account management products for Ticketmaster, Live Nation and client sites across the EMEA, APAC and AMER regions.
  • Manage the identity roadmap for Accounts related development on those sites, collaborating with business stakeholders on defining requirements, planning rollout and support.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of security enhancements in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for business efficiency or smoother fan experience.
  • Define product specifications using clear and consistent user stories, with acceptance criteria that are validated by stakeholders in abuse, privacy, legal, marketing and operations.
  • Deliver a privacy-first experience for fans wherever they log in and use Ticketmaster services, providing GDPR and CCPA compliant products and features.
Requirements
  • Product management experience gained over 3-5 years in similar roles, ideally at large brands.
  • Proven experience working on B2C web and mobile applications, preferably with high traffic.
  • Worked in global matrixed organisation with remote development team and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience using analytics tools, and ability to direct query databases a bonus.
  • Demonstratable experience of working with large and growing datasets, including PII.
  • Understanding of agile product management techniques, including epic and story creation.
  • Highly desirable practical knowleddge of Account & Identity products or technology.
