Job Description

We have partnered with a leading manufacturer and distributor to identify a Director of Product Engineering that will lead efforts in Product Development, Research & Design, and Engineering. The role is highly visible, reporting directly to the Divisional President and interfacing across multiple internal & external stakeholders. This role will be a key driver in leading new product development, improving existing product lines and reducing overall manufacturing costs.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Lead launch of new products and lead VAVE Analysis
  • Ensure manufacturing practices and approach are aimed at efficiency and cost-savings
  • Proven experiences in building engineering tools & strategies
  • Play key role in developing new & creative product lines & developing product roadmaps
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering is a requirement; MBA is highly preferred
  • 8+ years of proven successes in leading product engineering in an industrial manufacturing environment
